Our company was established in 1995 as a joint German-Turkish company between “M.ALÝ ERSOY” and “ INTRAHA REEDEREI-KONTOR-GmbH / GERMANY”

Our company’s partners have shares in seagoing vessels, shipping lines and operator companies as well as in container-leasing companies, with an experience in maritime-, air- and land-transports for more than 30 years.

Our company has own branch offices in “Istanbul and Iskenderun” as well as offices in “Houston(USA), Disburg (Germany) and Lagos(Nigeria)”. In addition we are working with a large network of agents on all continents all over the world and Turkey.

Furthermore, our company is “OHSAS 18001 : 1999”, “DIN EN ISO 9001 : 2000” as well as “ISO 14001 : 1996” certified.
